Get prompts: You don't have access to this feature. Please contact your IT admin for more details. When edit PDF with Adobe Acrobat Pro

I had tried Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial with my personal account on my laptop, but after i switched to enterprise account and get the prompts shows: You don't have access to this feature, please contact your IT admin for more details.   when i am trying to edit PDF file.    How can i fix this issue? Thank you for your help!  Connect IT admin is not work at this point.

PS: my enterprise account has assigned licenses, it works well on the other laptop.

    We have checked your account with the email address linked to your community profile, and we found that there is no active subscription or license associated with that account. As you mentioned earlier, the service is working fine on another machine. Please make sure you use the same Adobe credentials and sign in process on both machines.

    If you are using a different email address, please share it with us in a private message so we can verify it.

    Hi Meenakshi, Thanks for your prompt reply on my topic, You are right, it was linked to my company profile. I’m sure it is the same account that i had signed in on both machines.  I tried to uninstall Adobe Acrobat and resign, it still not working.  and there is interesting thing happen today. i had doubled that the my enterprise account, it has assigned features with license when enter account with Creative cloud desktop, but no assigned features when enter account with Adobe acrobat. please help to check what’s the solution to use all features on Adobe acrobat with my account, thank you!

    Please ignore the sync issue on the account, the main issue would be i am not able to use all feature in Acrobat Pro. Tks!
