Get this message when printing to Adobe PDF

Is there a problem with the orginal file?

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out.

This is primarily due to the fonts. You may try the following and let us know if that helps:

Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
Right-click Adobe PDF, and then click Properties.
On the General tab, click Printing Preferences.
Click to clear the Rely on System fonts only; do not use the document fonts check box.
On the Advanced tab, click Printing Defaults.
