Getting a refund

Good afternoon, I get adobe acrobat pdf free version, I didn`t liked it and didn`t plan to continue my subscription. Money was taken from my card for 1 more month of pro version, I already wrote to the contact centre for refund, but still didn`t get my money back, I wanted to write to support chat with this problem but this chat no acceptable from my account anymore, so I wrote here, number of my order: AE01696600943CPL. In support chat said that money will be returned on bank account, from which these money was taken for subscription, but 5 business days already gone and I still didn`t get my return. Kindly ask support team to ansfer on mu message and return money, have a good day.

You must continue to contact Adobe Customer Care, I'm afraid until you get a representative that works with you.

 

In the event that you continue to get no support from Adobe to resolve this matter, I would suggest that you also get your bank involved and document your dispute with them.

 

If you feel that further charges are wrongful, you may ask your bank to stop authorizing Adobe from drawing funds automatically from your account.
