Getting a weird popup that won't go away on Acrobat

Question

I am getting a weird popup come up on Acrobat, albeit not when I start the programme but when I am using it. However the window doesn't load and freezes the app. The window just keeps rotating as if it is trying to load someting.

The only way to get rid of it is to restart the programme then I manage to open a couple of PDFs before it comes back. The PDFs I open are not all the same, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Acrobat from Create Cloud and it didn't get rid of the issue.

Attached is the screen shot that comes up.

How can I get rid of this?
