Getting Adobe error #16 trying to fix permission errors related to Windows 10

Getting Adobe error #16 trying to update security permissions due to a glitch with Adobe Pro 11 and Windows 10.  Followed the instructions on resetting permission but get this error message:

Error occurred while applying security information to:

c:/Program Data/Adobe/SLSStore/Adobe01.bmp

Failed to enumerate objects in container. Access is denied.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?  Urgh!!!!
