Getting charged twice

Hi there,

 

I'm getting charged twice for my Adobe Standard DC plan. I already contacted customer service a month ago when I noticed it on my account, they said that they fixed it and I will be getting a refund. I never got any refund and I got charged twice again this month. When I check my invoices on my Adobe account I can see only one invoice, however the amount gets paid twice from my bank account.

I have an update, I checked my payments on my bank account and one is for Adobe Standard DC (which I really have) and the other one is for Adobe Acrobat Pro, which I definetely don't have. Would be anybody able to help please? Thank you very much.
