Getting error when saving as pdf with Acrobat Pro, reproducible with Revit 20 & 21

Hello,

I was wondering if someone encountered a similar issue and might have insights on how to solve it.

We have a Revit-Project with all our floor plans as sheets.

When trying to convert them to pdf via "Print" using Acrobat all but 1 work fine. I'm trying to understand what could different as compared to the others. I am not a Revit user, but work in our IT Support department.

When the print fails, it produces the following error:

%% ProductName: Distiller 1%%

%% [ Error: undefinedresult; OffendingCommand: imageDistiller ]%%

Stack:

-dict-

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%

%% [ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

It is reproducible on a 2nd machine with the same file, but with Revit 21, instead of 20.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Georg

Hi @Georg31124076f2nz

Hope you are doing well.

++ Adding to the discussion

You can receive a PostScript error when sending a file to a PostScript interpreter (for example, a printer, Acrobat Distiller). A PostScript error occurs when the PostScript interpreter can't read the file's PostScript code. An error can also occur if the file's PostScript code exceeds one or more of the limits in the PostScript page description language. If your PostScript interpreter appears to process data but then stops, a PostScript error could have occurred.
