Getting "installation problem imslib not found" and other errors when open pdf files

Adobe Pro DC, latest updates

Windows 10 64bit, User has local admin rights. Getting errors:

Uninstalled all Adobe software, cleaned folders, installed back. Got same errors again in a week.
