Getting Send for shared Commenting to work

I want to use the function Send for shared commenting but I cant seem to get it to work.

I would like to use our Sharepoint-server but whenever I create a folder in my Sharepoint and copy the url into Acrobat; it fails with the error: Default Document Library could nok be created. Please contact the administrator of the SharePoint site.

Do I need to remove something from  the link; or it the problem my company's setting in the Sharepoint?

ALSO: Does this feature allows several users to open and comment in the pdf at the same time???
