Globally open all documents with an initial view of the page and panel pages
I feel crazy. Our company recently moved over to Adobe Acrobat DC on Windows 10. I thought you could save the initial view of documents to open that way moving forward for all .pdf's, but now I realize the properties box, is only document properties. I normally prefer my documents to open up withe page and panel page already open, since I drag and drop pages into existing docs often to create my final document. It helps if I don't have to click the little tiny arrow on the side of the screen and then click to open the panel page icon to get to this view. Documents I have created in the past open in this view automatically but I have never had to select the initial view setting for each independent document and save it for this to work globally, even for documents sent to me by others. Now however, I have to save each and every document with the setting to see this initial view, but it only works for that document. What a pain for the amount of file combining I perform. How do you save these settings globally?
