GlobalSign Certificate Invalid After 10 Minutes

Question

I'm having issues with my globalsign signature reflecting only a 10 minute validation in the certificate viewer summary tab. I have contacted docusign themselves in which they turned around and told me it was an Adobe issue. Anyone know how to correct this? I've tried changing the verification time in preferences and didn't have any luck. I will also note that this is only a GLOBALSIGN issue, not a "DS Electronic" signature problem.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
