I converted 2 files to pdf using adobe. 

I have a 3rd file (which is already in PDF format)  that is an attachment to a GMAIL. How do I combine this one with the first 2?

Download it and then go to File - Create - Combine Files into a Single PDF in Acrobat and select all three files.
