Google Chrome Extenstion for Acrobat

When you have the Chrome Extenstion enabled for acrobat, large pdf files get a sad face when trying to open. The file we are opening is 250mb and it fails. Disable the chrome extension and the pdf opens fine. That happens on the latest version of the chrome extension.  How do you get adobe involved to fix the extension?

The failure of the Acrobat Chrome Extension when opening large PDF files (around 250MB), resulting in a "sad face," is a clear **performance bug** within the extension's code, likely related to a memory limit or timeout, as disabling the extension resolves the issue. To get Adobe to fix this, you should immediately report the bug through the **Adobe Support Community forums** or their official feedback portal. When reporting, clearly state that the failure is reproducible **only when the Chrome Extension is enabled** and provide the specific file size that triggers the failure, along with your Chrome and extension versions.

@Jason37755552r4p2 have you tried other web browsers with the same Google Extenstion for Acrobat? I know Chrome can be finicky! For example for government forms Chrome can't open some of this correctly, while Firefox, Safari or Edge has no issues.
