Hi there,

I already contacted Google play store about this issue and they just decline me for a refund which I have the right for a refund because first, I did not authorize this transaction and I did not use this app, it just happen that I tried the 7 days free trial and it charge me automatically without my permission.  My transaction is still within the time frame of refund policy, I would be grateful if you could help me because the money you guys charge is my monthly budget and I got no money to pay my bills this. Please help me, I really need this money.

Thank you!

@maps_9864 totally understand how frustrating it can be... unfortunately Adobe doesn't have access to your Google Play Store account or billing information. All transactions and subscriptions for apps downloaded through the Google Play Store are managed exclusively by Google. Because Adobe doesn't handle the billing for this transaction, they can't issue a refund. The best course of action is to continue working with the Google Play Store support team, as they are the only ones who can review the charge and process a refund for you. Maybe try on social media, 'X' to get help for your Google Play issue.

Good luck
