Gridlines and security grid lines

I have done something that added blue grid lines to a documents, like some sort of security measure.  Please help me get rid of it.

Thanks for writing to us!

Though we are not exactly sure what sort of grid lines are visible at your end, here is once resolution we suggest you to try, once if it works for you:

Go to Menu > View > Show/Hide > Rulers & Grids > Grids and uncheck the same in case it is prechecked.

In case it doesn't resolve the issue, please share the screenshot for further debugging of issue.
