Handwritten drawings disappeared from my Adobe Cloud PDF after editing in Acrobat Android, while text annotations remain. Can the missing drawings be recovered?

Hello adobe team,

I edited a PDF in Adobe Acrobat on Android and made many handwritten/freehand drawing annotations for weeks. I saved the PDF and then moved/uploaded it to Adobe Cloud. 

Now after a month or so, the text annotations are still visible in the Adobe Cloud version, but the handwritten/freehand drawing annotations I made afterward are missing. This is very upsetting and unacceptable.

I have checked:

•the Adobe Cloud version on the web,

•the same cloud file in the Acrobat Android app,

•the local copy on my device,

•a copy created using “Save a copy,”

•and Acrobat's accessible cached version.

The later handwritten drawings are missing from all of these, although an older local copy still contains the annotations I made before uploading the PDF.

The drawings were visible after I made them, so I would like to know whether Adobe can recover an earlier/unsynced version, cached state, or server-side version of this PDF.

Is there any way to recover the missing handwritten annotations?
