Has anyone else been able to solve adobe acrobat issue with sending pdf for e signatures and authent

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro under a new profile from my organization/business and I have the option to send for e sigs as per usual but all of a sudden now when I try to send pdfs out for signatures, I keep getting "authentication failed"

and another message that says "Request e-signature services aren't available for the profile you selected when signing in"

The head of this organization says he has no issues sending for e sigs on his account but I do, anyone know why?

@yasmine_1096 Even though you have Acrobat Pro, Adobe sees two different versions of you: your old account and your new business account. Right now, the system is confused about which one is allowed to use the e-signature tool. I would simply Sign Out and Restart your computer. This forces Adobe to look for your new permissions from scratch. 

If by chance that doesn't work, then get the 'head of the organization' and tell thm that your new profile on the software, but the 'E-Sign' permission isn't switched on yet in the Adobe Admin Console. Could you (or IT) check my user account and make sure the 'Adobe Acrobat Sign' service is toggled to Active?
