I have the Abode PDF pack and I have a file that I want to insert or delete pages. I have a 35 page document and when I go to Organize on the tool menu, all of the pages are not visible.  I’ve zoomed out as much as possible but it only shows three rows of pages.  There is no scroll bar and I can’t find anyway to navigate to the pages that I can’t see.

    Hi @Lavish_focus32e4 ,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

A couple of quick questions so I can point you in the right direction:

    • What browser are you using (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari), and is it fully updated?

    • Does the same thing happen if you open Organize in a different browser or a private/incognito window?

In the meantime, please try the steps below and see if that works:

    1. Zoom out the browser page itself, not just the Organize tool's own zoom control, try Ctrl and - (Cmd and - on Mac) a few times.

    2. Maximize the browser window (or make it as large as your screen allows): a smaller or restored-down window can cut off rows without adding a scrollbar to compensate.

    3. Clear your browser cache for the site, or try a private/incognito window, this rules out a stuck layout from cached files.

    4. Try a different browser as a test, if the scroll bar shows up there, it points to something specific to your current browser setup (an extension or an outdated version).

If none of that brings back the scroll bar,Please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.

Let us know what browser/OS you're on and whether zooming out helps; that'll narrow it down fast.

    The Ctrl - worked. Thanks

Firefox. I'll try your suggestions. I don't really know what I'm doing. When I subscribed I didn't realize it was online only. I changed the plan from the 19.99/mo to the pdf pack to save money which I see was a mistake now because it doesn't even include Adobe.

    Hi there,

Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack is a bundle of Adobe Acrobat online services. With it, you can access tools, manage documents, and track the ones you've shared for viewing, review, and signature. Your files and tasks are synced to your Document Cloud account across desktop, mobile, and web. For more information, please check the help page https://adobe.ly/4gBtIrh
