Have AdobePro but when I try to request esignature, I receive an error

I am not able to send a PDF esignature request like I could do previously. I subscribe and prepaid for a year to Adobe Pro. Has something changed? How can I resolve this? I need to send a document for esignature today.

Hi @Annette2874184072lh,

Thanks for reaching out.
I see you have both Acrobat Pro and Standard assigned to you as Teams subscription on your account.

Please check with your Admin if they may have disabled signature services on your account. If not, it is suggested you ask your admin to get in touch with the dedicated support channel. And our customer service team should be able to assist with this.

If you want to know the difference between Acrobat Pro and Standard subscription, please visit this page: https://adobe.ly/4ksYfaK

Yes, same result unfortunately. I reached out to Adobe Support and they had me cancel my license and order a new one. That seemed to resolve the issue. Thanks though!
