Have windows 7 and just reloaded entire file for Adobe Acrobat DC pro. If try to print to adobe as pdf get message box "cannot access file Error " Has something to do with permissions. Thanks!

I cannot get past the Message Error Box when printing from Watchtower Library articles to pdf using adobe acrobat DC pro.  Get message box "cannot access file Error 5"  It has something to do with permissions and/or running as administrator.  I have been using this for years and this is first time cannot print to pdf and save file to downloads or documents as pdf file.  Thanks!
