Having issues using pdf combiner on downloading patterns

Hi,  I am trying to download sewing patterns and every time I pick one it insists on me downloading PDF Combiner.  I've now done this about 10 times and nothing happens.  I select download, a black screen opens then nothing.  Can anyone help me with this?  What am I doing wrong?  I've tried it in both Chrome and IE FYI.  Thank you, Dianne

    Apologies all, it seems that it's called pdf convert, not combine....still not working though.
