Having problems with customized buttons

Hello,

I'm trying to create customized buttons using 2 jpg icons, a white image and an inverse image in black,  using the "option" in the button properties.

In "option" I select "icon only"

In "behavior" I select "Enfoncé" (I'm using the french translation, maybe pushed or pressed ?)

In "State"

1) deactivated : I loaded the white jpg

2) activated : I loaded the black jpg

3) hover (Effleure in french version) : I loaded the black jpg

When testing, the button show the white jpg when not activated, shows the black one when activated, and the black one when hovered on, but if I try to deactivate (clicking on the activated button), the button revert sometimes only in white, and if I active it one more time, he barely become black again. Also, when hovering upon the activated buttons, they revert to white or even disapear...

Is there another way to make customized button ? I'm not so familiar with java.
