Having trouble using PDF on mobile devices

Question

I create an interactive PDF that works as intended on a laptop, but does not work when using an iPad or iPhone.

When using a mobile device, opening and saving the document is inconsistent. The radio buttons and the submit button don't work.

What could be the cause of these issues and is there a way to fix it? I have attached the document if it helps.

The functionality offered by mobile PDF viewers is all over the place, and none of them (not even Adobe's own viewer) comes close to what you an do in the desktop versions of Adobe Acrobat or the free Adobe Reader. When you program for the desktop, there is a good chance that your form will not work correctly on mobile devices. You would have to pick one specific mobile PDF viewer and then develop for that particular viewer, staying within the constraints of that application.
