hDefault Log-In

Hi,  I have two log-ins for Acrobat DC.  My personal one and a work one.  Unfortunately when I am sent links to documents for comment when I open them they are opening on my personal account not my work account even though that is the one, when asked to log-in that I sign in with....  How do I fix this?  Thanks, Huw
