he used his personal account and not work account

Hi,

One of users logged in to CC using his personal email not his CC company email address and now DC is the free version, so question, How does he remove his personal profile from DC? every time he logs in with his works email address and tries to download DC it changes to his personal email address and installs the free version of DC not the pro version.

Hi Mark,

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

 

Please ask the user to clear the cache of the web browser and see if that helps. He may also login to CC using a different web browser and check.

 

Also, he may download the Acrobat pro DC using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that helps.
