Header and Footer with images

Are you trying to add a background to the document page and then add the header and footer to it? or are you trying to add the header and footer which includes the image in itself?

If you want to add a header and footer, including the image in them, there is no direct way of doing it in Acrobat. However, you may try using the PDF form as a workaround as below:

Try adding an image field and duplicating it across all pages.

• Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
• Select the 'Prepare form' tool.
• Add an image field to the desired location on the page.
• Upload the image to the field.
• Right-click on the field and select "Duplicate Across Pages" to apply it to all pages.
