Hello I made a subscription for free annual plan but didn't get 7 day free trail and it deducted the of rs 790 . If I cancel the subscription will get the refund back ?

I want to cancel the subscription I made today will i guaranteed get a refund .

We have checked your account, and it shows as cancelled. As you have cancelled the subscription within the 14-day free cancellation window, you are eligible for a refund. Generally, it takes 5 business working days for the amount to be credited.

Yes I contacted Google and they have approved my refund I just don't know when will it reflect. Thank you so much for your help sir

They may be the authorized dealer in that part of the world. Also, you may have to contact Adobe customer service since you are past the 7 days.

Who is billing you?

I would cancel with Adobe and follow up with Google.
Personally, I would never subscribe to software through a third party unless they had a REALLY good deal.

I believe you have 14 days to cancel the plan. The refund takes about a week. Someone from Adobe will have more info.

If you wanted the free account, I think you just create an Adobe ID (at no cost), and then download the Creative Cloud app. Just don’t click any of the “Try” buttons...

Sir it was in app puchase through Google play . If i cancel the subscription from Google will I get refund from them or I'll lose both subscription and the amount ?
