every time I open a pdf I get only marks instead of words

Please let us know if the issue occurs with a particular document. In the screenshot, it appears to be a scanned PDF.

If it happens with a particular PDF, share it with us. We will try to replicate the behavior on our end.

    This happens with all documents that are downloaded from the server. The rest of the documents that are on the pc we visualize fine. Only on one of the computers is this problem happening.
    This is a picture of the pdf.

    Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

    Let us know if this still happens with the latest build of Acrobat.
