Hello when a user is creating a PDF from a word, error message stating pdf maker error message

As you have mentioned above, you get an error message when you try to create PDF from Word file.

Could you please provide the error message user get while creating PDF?

Please also provide the details asked below:

- Acrobat version installed (refer to the steps provided here Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC​)

- OS version on the machine.

- Do you get the error message with all the PDFs or with some particular one?
