HELP!!

I was recently creating and formatting my resume and when I went to save it, it completly messed up the formatting and I cant figure out how to revert to before pressing save. Is there anyway to fix the messed up formatting. (I attached screenshot)

    Not likely. PDF files were never meant to be edited in this way, and doing so will always be tricky and potentially dangerous. You really should edit the original file used to create the PDF, and then generate a new PDF file from it, instead.
