Help - Adobe Acrobat is installing and the program setup occurs but I can't access the program?

Can someone advise why after downloading Adobe Acrobat, the program isn't installing? The setup starts but then there's no program or shortcut on my computer. I've tried this 4-5 times now. I'm using Windows and Mozilla Firefox.

did you check the installation directory or your control panel for installed programs?

Thanks for responding! I've checked my control panel and it doesn't seem to be there (help!!!)

what windows version?

what acrobat version?  (if dc, subscription or not?)
