Help auto fix Structure tree Section element errors from report

I have 500+ pages document and has 1500+ List items Failed Element errors, SECT  tagged wrong - I can go in and manually fix them but its taking a lot of time, is there an easier automated way to fix this? I tagged using the Auto Tag in Acrobat Pro but it gives the same errors - please suggest or help Thank you!
