Help! Behance created a duplicate account with same email - need to recover my original profile

Hello,I used my email to log into Behance, but instead of opening my original profile (https://www.behance.net/omranakasha), it created a new empty profile (https://www.behance.net/umranakacha).I’ve submitted requests multiple times and contacted support, but no one has helped me so far.This is urgent and I need to recover my original account. Please escalate this to someone who can resolve it.Thank you.

@Omrano97, at least your old Behance site is up. I would do this in an 'Incognito or Private Browser)

Click Get Help Signining In.

And click on Find your Account. Instead of entering the email address, enter your phone number.
