Help!! Can’t edit

I'm a premium member and on my iPhone it will not let me edit documents... it keeps saying I need a subscription, so I click on buy subscription and then it proceeds to tell me what I already know... that I already have a subscription!  Then it starts doing the thinking circle thingy and never stops.  I have to exit out of the app to get it to stop.  I've tried deleting the app and re downloading it, still same issue.  I need help to fix this!

Quick Question: are you sure you are using a downloaded copy of Acrobat on your phone to do the editing, or are you possibly trying to use Apple's Preview (or anything that isn't made by Adobe) to do the editing? FWIW, you'd not be the first person to get caught in that.

Now it's May 2025 and I'm having the SAME issue, so annoying! Why would I ever use this application after the free trial it's taking me five days and I still can't edit a simple PDF. Terrible experience

We have checked your account, and there is no active Acrobat subscription listed in the account. Please let us know what you mean by " can't edit a simple PDF". Are you filling out the PDF form or adding annotations to the PDF?

Please let us know if you are using the desktop or mobile application. More information would be helpful.
