help cancel trial subscription
Hi, I tried to cancel my seven-day trial subscription expiring today but the site, after logging in, has malfunctions (I have the printscreen) and it doesn't allow me to finish the cancellation procedure. Customer support is not available because it is outside working hours. I tried with the virtual assitant, without success.
I also wrote an email to store@adobe.com but it does not allow me to deliver the message.
I do not intend to continue with the plan and do not want to be charged with the monthly amount.
How can I do?
