Help, cannot solve this issue

I was trying to compress file and then try to save it.

Please attached screenshot, this tiny window will not go away.

I have updated the software to the latest version. Still cannot fix this issue.

Is there anyone out there having the same issue?

Please post the exact version and version number of your Acrobat. Please post also the exact version of your macOS.
