Help! Cannot upgrade frpm Annual Pack to DC Standard?

Okay so I have PDF Annual Pack which I want to upgrade to DC Standard. My payment details are up to date and syetem requirements all ok but it wonlt let do so and says I have to contact customer support. Any ideas?
