Help Files Disappeared After Windows Update (Adobe Pro DC)

After a Windows update Wednesday I received a message that my help files had disappeared and that I need to reinstall Adobe (this will be the 4th or 5th time I have had to install Adobe over the past 10 days.  How do I reinstall?

Update.  Found that Acrobat had installed but was not showing in the list of files when press Start.  Opened Acrobat and the help files are still not present.

use your cc desktop app to install acrobat dc.

if you don't have the app, get it - https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

if you have it but it shows acrobat dc is up-to-date, Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application lists uninstalled Adobe apps as up to date
