HELP- Im trying link two drop down lists together but STILL ALLOW CUSTOM TEXT.

I am trying to like two lists together. The first list has an owner's name. The second list has the associated address. However, I need the ability to allow custom text and blank text in both lists. 

So far I have been able to link the two drop-down lists together and it performs as needed. I am able to add custom text to the first list that has the owner's name. But when I try to add custom address in the second list it reverts back to a default value, deleting my input. 

Can anyone help be?
