Help me cancel my subscription when it is linked to a Gmail account

Question

I am desperately trying to cancel my Adobe subscription (pdf & AI) but can't for the life of me. Originally it was on a Microsoft account but I accidentally linked it to a free Gmail account and I think this is why - I can no longer see my Microsoft account or cancel the payments (it is processing a payment of £37.15 and I don't want it to charge me more.) Help appreciated as have been trying for hours and am feeling frustrated - there is nowhere on the Adobe website where I can talk to a human being!!

I would suggest:1 Establishing a new Adobe ID with another email address you have continuing access to, then...2 Contacting Adobe Support with your new Adobe ID. Have as much supporting documentation as you can lay your hands on to establish your old Adobe ID and ask for help to either a) cancel the old subscription or b) transfer the whole subscription to your new Adobe ID and then cancel your account.Hope this helps,Randy
