Help Needed: Glitch with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on Amazon WorkSpace

We're encountering a peculiar issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on one of our user's Amazon WorkSpace. Despite running the same software bundle as others in our team, this particular user faces a unique glitch that renders certain parts of the application transparent intermittently, allowing clicks to pass through as if the application isn't present.
Here's a brief overview:
- The issue is isolated to the Amazon WorkSpace environment; the user's office computer running the same software is unaffected.
- No similar issues occur with other software or applications, including Adobe in web browsers like Chrome.
- We've undertaken several troubleshooting steps, including:
- Restarting Amazon WorkSpace.
- Installing the latest Windows updates.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 & Adobe Genuine Service.
- Issuing a new Amazon WorkSpace with a fresh software copy.
- Reinstalling Visual C++ 2013 (x64) runtime engine for software.
