Help - Overlapping letters or font problem - Problem Mac / PC ?

Hello community!

When I open the PDF on my computer, no problem. The PDF above was sent by email and the person sent it back to me saying that the letters overlapped. I work on a Mac and the person receiving on a PC. Any idea what the bug is and how to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind sharing how the other person is opening the PDF file? Is he opening it on Web? If yes, please ask him to download the PDF to his computer locally and then try opening it with Acrobat Reader (freeware) or Acrobat pro application and see if that works.

Also, makse sure that he has the latest version 23.01.20143 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
