Help will pdf fillable form

Question

Hello, I have created an application and made it pdf fillable. However, the applicant must complete, sign and date it, then save it and forward it to their one up to review, sign and date it and one more after that.

We seem to be having a problem after the applicant saves it, the one up cannot add their signature or date.

Is there a way to fix it? We can not do multiple signatures at one time nor do we have control of what format the applicant saves the intial document.

Any suggestions?

Did you add a Digital Signature field? There shouldn't be a problem using that (and it automatically contains the current date when signed), as long as the file is opened in Adobe Acrobat or Reader, on a desktop computer. In any other circumstance (using third-party PDF viewers, including browser plugins, and/or opening the file on a mobile device) it's not likely to work.
