Help with accessibility tags

Hello!

 

I successfully tagged half of my PDF document and now all of a sudden, when tagging items, they are no longer appearing in the tag tree.

 

Please help 😞

    Did you happen to hit the Edit PDF button and change anything within the document itself? Whenever I do that, it sometimes wipes out pages and pages of corrected, nested tags. I always try to do any editing of the doc first, as editing AFTER you tag inevitably means repeated work / do-overs. 😞
