Help with Acrobat printing to Xerox Phaser 7500

I'm printing to a Xerox Phaser 7500 from Acrobat XI. When I print sizes of docs the size of a cd (4.75 x 4.75) the printer prints them about a half inch larger than actual size. All settings are correct when printed. Print settings are set to actual size. No matter what I do I cannot get it to print the right size. Any suggestions? Printing on iMac mid 2011. El Capitan. Used to work OK but in last year it has been sporadic. Now it's pretty much all the time it won't print correctly.
