Help with adobe recognising image and adding alt text

Please help. The image hasn't been recognised, I can't click on it, add alt text to it. Tag 4 is the little square at the bottom and the graph isn't recognised at all. Can I fix it in adobe?

There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
