Just It is impossible to use this app I've been trying for the long as I have been asking for help from everyone no one wants to help. I do not even see the file which is there please call me or email me but I desperately need help and no one is willing to help I do not understand why please let me speak to a manager for help

We have no idea what you're even talking about... And this is NOT the way to get support from Adobe, if that's what you're trying to do. The only people who will call or email you are scammers.
