Help with Attachments??

Hello we are new to utilizing Adobe for a homecare business.

We have created PDFS via acrobat but when we go attach to emails , it generates a seperate link for each attachment, and it makes so who ever is receiving the email, needing acrobat as well.

We also tried converting into a zip file with no luck ??

Please help ?

Go to Edit (or the Acrobat app menu if you're on a Mac), Preferences - Email Accounts and tick off the box next to "Always send files as a link".
