Help with PDF Form Fillable Fields and Data Submission

Hello Adobe Community,I’m currently working with Adobe Acrobat and I’m having some difficulty with creating and managing fillable PDF forms. Specifically, I need help with ensuring that when users fill out the form, the data is correctly submitted via email.Here are the issues I’m facing: The form fields aren't retaining data after submission.I need to know how to set up the form so that it sends the data in an organized format.I’m also interested in learning more about using JavaScript for additional functionality within the form.I’ve tried following the  but I’m still running into some roadblocks. Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance!

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the form. Please let us know what you mean by "for fields aren't retaining data after submission." Do you mean the information disappears after the form is submitted? It would be helpful if you could share more information.

- What kind of "organized format"? How do you want the data to be submitted back to you (via email, as a HTTP request, something else)?

- Acrobat JS is an extremely large field with many levels of difficulty. If you want general resources we can provide it, but if you want advice on how to achieve something specific, let us know what it is and we might be able to help.
