Help with removing a blank signature block

I have an Adobe form that is generated from a website. The form has a signature block that I can use to sign the form. The signature block is blank (unsigned) when the PDF is generated. 

Whenever I try to edit the form I get a message that the form is signed an cannot be edited. The form is not signed (that I can see).

I am able to click the signature block, sign the document and then right click and clear signature. That leaves the blank signature block and I am able to edit the document.

Is there a faster or easier way to clear the signature block without having to actually sign it and then clear it?
